Jamie Wingler was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He attended Indiana University where he graduated with a BS degree in Business in 1985.

Immediately after graduation, Jamie joined the United States Navy completing Aviation Officer Candidate School in September 1985. He received his “wings” in 1987 and flew as a Navy Pilot until 1992. Jamie served in the Persian Gulf during the Gulf War flying C-2A cargo planes to aircraft carriers.

After completing his Naval service, Jamie entered Georgia State University, College of Law. While in law school, Jamie cut his teeth on DUI law researching William C, Head’s book “The Georgia DUI Trial Practice Manual”. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1996.

Approximately ninety percent (90%) of Jamie’s cases over the past nine years have involved DUI’s in, and around Atlanta, GA. He has practiced in courts across the State and in the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Jamie has been a speaker at several Continuing Legal Education seminars, teaching and updating other attorneys on DUI Law.
